When you look in the mirror….
What do you see?
and…
do you like what you see?
*****
So many people are unhappy with their looks, body, skincolour, weight and other things about themselves.
It is all a matter of attitude and positive thinking.
Whatever shape, colour or size you are, you are beautiful and amazing. Learn to love yourself is the first step of finding yourself and feeling happy about yourself. We are all different and unique, love the way you are!
Hanna Goss, a blog I am following has this tip:
Wellness Tip of the Day: Your body is listening. Are the words and thoughts you are using guiding it towards or away from the body you really want?

Good post Gunta 🙂
Thank you very much!
Love this! We see ourselves so differently (and so much harsher) than other people do.
Yes we do sadly and we should be happy about and with ourselves. Makes the whole life happier if we accept ourselves as we are! 🙂

Thank you David! I love to read “be good to yourself” on your comments as we are so many times not thinking about ourselves but put ourselves last. Wish you a lovely day!
Sadly, the ads and mags are relentless in telling us what we don’t have…

You are right! and thank you very much have a grrrrreat weekend!
Nice fruit poster. And great quote. I think the truth is that most people aren’t happy with themselves. I mean, there’s always something they wish they could change about their looks or personalities. But you’re right. Just be positive and confident (but not cocky).
