If your life does not give joy to others,
then how can you expect your heart to give any joy to you.

The sun does not shine for a few trees and flowers,
but for the wide world’s joy.

The ABC of Genuine Happiness
Z – Zap Negativity
Negativity brings you down, being with negative people all the time will make you feel negative and down. Let’s see life in a positive way.
Life is fantastic, it is what you make it and even on a bad day there is something positive at the end of the day. Even if it is something small. Seeing the small things and being grateful for it is the best way to find positivity in your life and surroundings. Enjoy your breath in the cold air, enjoy being alive, enjoy the bird in the tree singing, enjoy the peaceful 5 minutes you get in a busy day, enjoy the hug you give.
Enjoy every moment. Every moment is precious!
… to be continued ….oh no it is finished.
This is the last post on the ABC of happiness and it is about positive attitude, I love it!
I had great fun doing this ABC and hope you all enjoyed it too!
I did start this in November last year, yes it has taken me a whole year 🙂
Here is my Google service and now you know why it was slow….
Wishing you a zazzy and zuper day!

The ABC of Genuine Happiness
P – Pray. Paint. Play an instrument.
Prayer the most powerful medium.
God had WIFI from day one, wireless connection which never goes down, He is always here to listen to us.
well I can’t paint to save my life, but I started on my stairs.
Remember I liked those stairs so much and decided to try it on mine.
I have done the first 2 so far….. different but rather colourful.
Thomas is a bit suspicious….
I was thinking of writing:
“Happiness comes from within!”
Play an instrument.
It is so wonderful to play an instrument and even if you don’t – singing feels as good as an instrument.
I learnt the piano and tought myself the guitar.
My dream is to try out the Cello, a beautiful sounding instrument or the double base.
… to be continued ….
Wishing you an positive and precious day!
Oh don’t worry … I have calmed down…. but I have to tell you this:
After a long hard working week we have lost everything which was on our computers including all the emails. We are …. no my son is working hard to get things back to normal. After the first shock I realised that I did put some stuff on disks and some on a USB stick, so I do have my favourite things. 🙂 My smile is back. Well technology is not so great sometimes after all. And yes we are going to change how we work…… and will get things up to a cloud….. yay…. and it won’t be a rainy cloud…… it will the happy smiley one you see every day when you look up in the sky!
So I say we lost all our past emails and everything what we had ever saved…. but now is the time to start afresh…..
I have got all my wonderful friends, enough food for dinner tonight, and the love people share with me. My heart does not lose my feelings, my love for you and the gratitude I feel for everything I do have. Love is more important than anything material in this world.
Love is always the strongest magic in the world.
Ever had a bad hair day – a day when everything seemed to be going wrong? Perhaps today is a day to soothe your ruffled feathers – take a deep breath and reaffirm that the weight of the world is really not on your soulders unless you choose to assume that burden. – Jonathan Lockwood Huie.
then I realised that….Life does not have to be perfect to be wonderful.
Each sunrise brings a new opportunity. No matter how bad the day before was, today is brand new. When you wake up, seek the strength and courage to do the right thing.
If anyone is having a troublesome day today remember that we learn from it, we get stronger through it and we can start afresh anytime! Stay strong, keep calm, and think of the love and beautiful things we always have!
You are loved!
See you later!
I thank all my wonderful friends here and folllowers for being with me and bringing love and happiness to me.
Love is the best feeling in the world,
Sending you lots of my love for a wonderful week ahead!
According to Wikipedia optimism is :
The word is originally derived from the Latin optimum, meaning “best.” Being optimistic, in the typical sense of the word, ultimately means one expects the best possible outcome from any given situation.
Optimism is a learned habit, and it is positively contagious. Surround yourself with people who could infect you with positivity.
In turn pass your new good mood on to a friend or stranger in words and deed – let somebody have that parking space, let that person with only a few items cut in front of you at the market.
The simple act of doing something nice for others is actually a good pick-me-up all by itself.
Thank you Gallivanta for letting me use one of your beautiful photos
Optimism inspires, energizes, and brings out our best. It points the mind toward possibilities and helps us think creatively past problems.
PRICE PRITCHETT, Hard Optimism
“The average pencil is seven inches long, with just a half-inch eraser – in case you thought optimism was dead.”
― Robert Brault
And let us not forget the famous glass of water … half full or half empy?
How do you see your glass of water?
Look optimistic towards the new day and
you will be surprised that miracles do happen!
