My little violet in the grass

Wishing you all a wonderful day!

Food for thought

Whatever people do, feel, think or say,
don't take it personally.
Others are going to have their own opinion
according to their belif system,
so whatever they think about you is not about you,
but it is about them.

Just realised I forgot to post week 18 picture – so here it is.

Being really busy and not having internet always – it is harder at the moment.

So please bear with me and I do try to visit you all in between.

Food for thought

Joy is a pure state of bliss,
and it's attained by bringing comfort and relief to other people.
Doing so will bring joy to your life everyday.

An outing to wild Wakehurst – a sibling of Kew Gardens in Sussex.

Lots of woodlands, walks and great colours from Rhododendrons and Azaleas.

Sending everyone much love. You mean so much to me. ❤️

Food for thought

When words are
both true and kind
they can change the world.

Picture of the Week #14

We are staying with fireplaces this week,

as we found another beautiful fireplace in another room,

hidden behind a 50’s wooden board.

before and after

After cleaning and repainting, it will look great.

It is so much fun to discover new things and to restore them.

Food for thought

Most of the things you see, touch, and use today
were thought to be impossible as little as 10-20 years ago.
"Impossible" usually only means
"hasn't been done... " yet.
This one started to bloom……. with all this rain and wind we are having at the moment.

Macro trial.

My little Passionfruit plant, a cut off from the bigger plant, is sprouting.

I’m very happy.

Further down on the branch.

Food for thought/life:

Smile and laugh often!
Each day
find something happy, joyful
and funny about life -
smile and laugh,
smile and laugh, and
smile and laugh again.
