I took Manny with another friend of mine, and she enjoyed it too! As his feet hurt at the end we needed to carry him…..
Of course, Ute! You know that was his way of getting you to hold him! He has written that he misses you and Danny and Ralph and Fanny, and wants to go back as soon as he gets back from Australia. He doesn’t know it yet, but he’s going on a train trip through the US when he gets back, then he will probably go to OK and see Darla. He has a busy schedule. ๐

Reflections on water are truly exquisite.
You are right, amazing. I think more tree branches make those squiggles. I love that picture. there is something calming in in water reflections ! ๐

The squiggles (love that word by the way!) are actually yacht mast reflections.
I wanted to capture an image that had all of the 5 core elements – Air, Water, Earth, Fire and Metal. The water and wood I guess are the obvious ones. You can just make out Earth through the water, the ripples are caused by the wind (Air) on the water, the mast reflections are to represent metal and they had great colours, and the sun (Fire) is what made the picture and reflections possible!
