Even as kind people using kind words when we speak,
we do not follow this when we speak to ourselves.
I know I sometimes say ‘oh how stupid I am’ , after I cut myself in the finger for example.
There is no need for that as we do not need to put ourselves down.
Accidents happen and we sometimes do the wrong thing.
We do learn our lesson.
Listen to how you speak to yourself.
Try to use kind words to yourself
and let “kindness flood into the world”.
