Since I have a new camera to try out, I wanted to make sure I get out and take pictures.
Bernhard who is running 365 days of pictures gave me the idea.
365- I can’t quite commit to.
So I start the weekly picture post which will go throughout the year.
The pictures posted are taken during the week I post them.
There is no theme and it can be anything photographed.
Here is the first week’s picture! Well actually 2.
I am slowly getting to know the camera!
wow, i love the light effects
Thank you , I tried it out and it worked well!
It wouldn’t be any fun if you knew how to work your new toy.
I hope you didn’t just rent it like the bass. 😉 And then return it. 😦
You are right. No, I don’t have to return it… phew – unless I wanted to. It was given to me by a very kind friend as she got herself a newer on. I am a very blessed person. 🙂
We will be watching.
no pressure 🙂
The swirly lights look so cool! 🌞💗
As I never can hold the camera still enough for sponateously getting clear images of lights at night, I might try and go for this effect in the future, as well. 🤔
Have fun experimenting and getting to know your new camera. I am looking forward to seeing the images you are going to share!
Thank you Steffi, I know you have a DSLR Camera and there is so much to explore. I am just a t the beginning. I’ll have much fun!
Frankly, I usually use the automatted settings as I like to take pictures in the moment. This usually does not give me much time to fiddle with the settings. – So, there is a lot more to explore for me, too!
We can explore together! 🙂
👍💗
I love those shots! What is your new camera? 🙂
Thank you Sally, I need to learn a lot, there are so many buttons….. It is a Cannon EOS. All other pictures were always take by my Huawai phone which is a great camera for a mobile phone.
This is a great challenge to begin the new year. Love the swirly lights!
Thank you Ashley. It does get me out and I look out for new motives.
Love the photos! It is fun to see the original and then the swirly effect! I look forward to seeing your weekly photos!
Thank you Betty, it will be fun!

You make great pictures, Ute. Granny doesn’t understand her new camera at all. She has it about 4 or 5 years now and is busy with some lessons, but the bells still don’t ring…🙈Pawkisses🐾😽💞
Haha, it is difficult, I am detemined to learn how to handle it on ‘manual’!
