Hello all furry friends, and all blog readers,

I needed to update you all quickly, while the computer is on.

After a long time of finding all different places to rest and sleep,

like

my food giver finally got the message…..

She ordered a soft basket bed for me to sleep in:

I can’t wait until it will be delivered.

As it is very often rainy, I prefer to be indoors.

Don’t get me wrong, I am out and about when it is dry,

but the British Summer is true to its’ reputation. Wet and windy.

So I can snuggle into my new bed and enjoy my naps, rest and sleep.

and could talk all day about it but here some of my favourites smile quotes:

“Life gets better when you SIMPLIFY !!!!!!! Remove the clutter, excess, unnecessary and everything that does not serve you well; and you will feel better. Things were meant to serve us, but these days it seems more that we serve things.

How about de-cluttering your mind?

Get rid of negative, unpleasant thoughts; make room for positive, cheerful thoughts.

Get rid of unwanted memories; make room for new memories.

Get rid of destructive, angry thoughts; make room for loving, happy thoughts.

It’ll feel as good within yourself as tidying your closet.

As we all know a good sleep is vital for a healthy body and mind. We all need between 6 and 8 hours sleep to regenerate and feel focussed and fresh in the morning.

 

As my sleep seemed to get worse I started to google and found good tips which I like to share:

So to have my good sleep I did buy a new mattress, new pillow and will get darker curtains. Well, I must say the mattress already worked wonders and my backache is gone. It is wonderful. Certainly worth the investment.
