There were beautiful Quinces in the shop
perfect for wonderful tasting jam.
They were extremely hard to cut – all worth it in the end.
The jam came out so good, tasting and smelling so yummy.
This is my favourite jam followed by Apricot jam.

Now in August we can reap the fruits…
I harvested pears from a small tree
and made pear jam out of it.
That is only from the first kilo.
I shall do more in a minute.
Nature gives us so much to enjoy!
