I have recently found a fantastic free App for my Smart phone
called Insight Timer.
It gives you the choice of guided meditations
or timed meditations.
On the featured meditations
there are some for stress,
mindfulness,
gratitude,
body scans,
sleep
and many more.
I have done some sleep ones too and they are just amazing.
You have a profile and collect stars for consecutive days of meditation.
With this App , I am eager to meditate every day,
whereas before I wanted to but didn’t always get around to it.
I always find time to do it now.
