An Award

In August I have been nominated  for an Award and I had it in my drafts since.

I just realised that and I am very grateful to Binky  who gave the award to me.

Thank you so much and sorry it took so long.

I have known Binky for years

and as Binky,

I saw bloggers come and go in the nearly 6 years I am blogging.

Some bloggers stopped blogging,

some went to heaven,

and also I met some bloggers personally.

It is wonderful to meet Bloggers on line and face to face.

You get connected and become friends.

There is a wonderful community out in the blogging world and

I can only express my sincere thanks to everyone of my friends, readers and commenters.

You make me happy.

Here 7 facts about me:

1. Today is my cat’s “Thomas” birthday, he is a Halloween baby. I don’t celebrate Halloween but I got a party hat for Thomas.

2. I love Autumn; here are the beautiful colours of the forests on the hills in Germany.

3. I am looking forward to Christmas, the time before is so lovely with dark nights, candles, hot chocolate and snuggling into a warm cardigan.

4. I have just bought wool to knit a Icelandic style cardigan. Hopefully it will be finished for Christmas.

5. I love doing jigsaws, it relaxes me. Thomas my cat does try and help too…well sort of….bless him.

6. Specially now that it gets colder outside, I am a fan of open tea, my favourite at the moment is Lemongrass and Vanilla sweetened with honey!

7. Cardigans are my favourite…. I do love knit ware and I am known for my cardigans. I never go anywhere without one.

Award – sort of….

This post is dedicated to my friend and blogger Alastair!

WordPress has changed again and not being so computer literate as others I struggled for the last couple of days.  I was afraid I can’t do pictures any more……

My wonderful friend Al, also a blogger, came to the rescue and made me a very happy blogger again.

Another Award
