Picture of the Week #18

Standard

Just realised I forgot to post week 18 picture – so here it is.

Being really busy and not having internet always – it is harder at the moment.

So please bear with me and I do try to visit you all in between.

Picture taken by me in my garden

Food for thought

Joy is a pure state of bliss,
and it's attained by bringing comfort and relief to other people.
Doing so will bring joy to your life everyday.

  2. Ah – Lily of the Valey … so beautiful and delicate – and not easy to photograph!
    You did great, Ute!

Thank you, also, for the Food for Thought – the quote bears truth and I did not know it, yet.

I hope it is a happy business and that you soon have regular internet access, again.

    • Thank you so much Steffi.
I have just phoned so they can hurry up a bit with the internet… 🙂
I do enjoy the garden so my pictures come from there mainly.
They do smell really lovely actually.

  3. Such a beautiful photo you took of Maiglöckchen! Lily of the Valley was one of my mother’s favourite flowers in the garden! We had them growning in our previous garden and now I noticed we have them in our new place too! 🙂 Hope you had a lovely Mother’s Day!

The quotation reminds me of the scripture that It is more blessed to give than to receive. 🙂

    • Yes, Maigloeckchen, I didn’t know the English name. I do now. 🙂 . they have such a lovely scent, like perfume.
We actually had our Mothers day in March as my sons live in England. My mum passed away and I always think of her though on that day.

Love to hear from you......
