I looked at a WordPress Webinar and need to try things out now.
As I learnt a bit about this Block editor I shall go through different Blocks to try.
This is a Paragraph block, so here it is just for writing …..
This is a Heading block for new headings I am using here:
Listing Block
- this is a listing block to list
- numerous things like
- happiness
- joy
- miracles
- and peace
Quote Block
There is only two ways to live your life.
One is though as nothing is a miracle.
The other one is as everything is a miracle.

I think I have learnt something and hopefully I’ll get round it and it will become easy.
There is still so much to explore.
Thomas News
Thomas takes it easy and just relaxes on his new favourite spot.
The sofa next to the window, the best place when the sun shines.
Wishing you all a very relaxing day!
Bravo for pushing on with the new editor. I have been thinking about finding some tutorials, so once again you have spurred me on, thank you! And lovely to see Thomas taking such an interest in your work… 😀🌸
Funny I was a bit in denial with this new editor and after the Webinar, I felt it has so much to offer. I know I will not use everything but I feel more confident to use it. That is a bonus and I will keep doing my posts now in the new editor. Practice is everything they say. 🙂 Have a lovely weekend Liz.
You are so right – thanks for the continuing inspiration! X
Thanks Liz. ♥
i admire you for doing this, so far, i am stuck in the frustrated stage
Beth, I got out of that stage and I am glad, I am trying my best to keep at it. I can recommend a webinar as you can also ask questions live, it is via Zoom.
Well done. I’m still managing to use Classic but a strange thing is happening – the type is getting smaller and smaller as if it will soon fade away and I will be forced back to the blocks which I did try to get to grips with but gave up. Perhaps I will follow your fine example and try again! 🙂
Sally, I am through this Webinar much more positive about htis Block editor, and will persevere. I can recommend doing a webinar as you can also ask questions directly then via Zoom.

Check it out it is well worth it – we can do it! 🙂
Thank you for your encouragement and the link. 🙂
Very nice.
Now publish some simple, easy, painless, no sweat, no trouble, nothing to it tutorials. 🙂
I’m half way there with the Block Editor.
I read ‘webinars’ as winebars.
“I read ‘webinars’ as winebars” – haha this is wishful thinking…. Love it!
Wo, you are really getting the hang of this new editor, dear Ute!
Your posts look as happy and colourful as ever and I love the Yoga-Ladybird video.
Personally I am beginning to make my peace with it, as well. Some things have even become easier, albeit I do feel that the new editor is just more finnicky in some cases – at least when I am using it on the laptop through my browser, which is how I work. Still lots to discover, though!
Steffi, yes I think so too, more to discover. And practice makes us better at it. It itakes longer, eventually we will be wizzkids in blogging again. Have a lovely weekend!
The ladybird video is from my beloved Francois from sketches in stillness.
Hi Ute,
This is awesome. It encourages me to give it a try… but I think I will use the Classic for as long as I can 😦
But it gives me hope that when I am forced to change it will not be as painful as I think.
Wishing you a blessed weekend! ❤❤
Great Ana, glad it inspires you to be positive towards it. Go and give it a try when you have time. HAve a great weekend too. ♥
Coming through loud and clear !
Great ♥♥♥
Well done Ute! I saw the writing on the wall and long ago started putting all of my posts in an image and I just post the image. WP has a way of taking a wonderful thing and finding a way to create frustration. They never disappoint 😂 you are an inspiration to look beyond the frustration others create. 🙂
I do try very hard and as my son says keep up with technology…… I keep thinking what our parents went through… technologywise to. Every generation has its’ trials and challenges. Let’s embrace it. 🙂
Well…..embracing has not quite caught up with me yet….😁 but being able to post is what matters, and I am. So maybe I’m, closer than I thought!
There you go, you post and that really is important , yes!
OMC Ute, you’re a genious. We tried the other editor, but we can’t handle it. Maybe because we’re used to it and changes are to much headbreaking right now…I better join Thomas in his easy😸Pawkisses for a Happy Day to the both of you🐾😽💞
Yes Thomas is doing the right thing. When you have more time then have a go, it is rather exciting, I find. Happy snoozing in the sun! ♥
Liebe Ute,
vielen Dank für das Video.
LG Bernhard
Gerne, alles Liebe. ♥
Testing 123 … Oh good, at least the comments haven’t changed!
I like your TESTING post Ute! 🙂
I have been able to stay with Classic Editor, however, now it’s gone. It was soooo user friendly. Although I am forced to use Block now, I much prefer Classic and I’m of the opinion “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” But nobody asked me. 😉
❤️carmen
I loved that Classic editor too. Those IT guys always play around to find new things to keep us on our toes. We are learning it, and that is good and we can still enjoy each other’s blogs. ♥
