Kew Gardens
my favourite garden has been closed due to the circumstances.
I miss going there so much.
They have now re -opened with limited visitors going in
and you have to book a time slot.
Unfortunately I have to take the train to get there and
I am not quite prepared to do that just yet.
So I went through my pictures from previous visits
and enjoyed a stroll through.
Here is what I found:
(pictures previously not published, taken by me in Kew Gardens)
Something Red
… it does say Red Dragon….. 🙂
Something yellow
Something pink
and something smelly
Yes, it was really smelly. What an amazing plant.
Hope you enjoyed my little walk through time, colours and the garden.
Please click on the pictures to enlarge them.
Pictures are from visits during the last 2 years.
I appreciate the colors (and the smells 😉 ) today Ute. I hope you have a wonderful day!
Thank you Coleen, just imagine, our computer could release the smells…. 🙂 Cheesey, very cheesy 🙂
“Very cheesy” haha!
🙂
what an amazing, lovely jewel. thank you for sharing these, and hopefully you’ll be able to return there before too long
It is indeed and I love my Kew. Yes, eventually I will enjoy it again!
Lovely colours. I’m not ready for public transport either. I understand your reluctance. Thousands appear to be on their way to Cornwall this weekend so we might not be going out much for a few weeks! 🙂
I can imagine, people do go away and even fly out again – desperate to get out. Hence, I stay in. 🙂 I had been thinking of doing my Cornwall visit ,I had to postpone last year, in August, again I am not ready. One day Sally we will meet, when it is really safe again.
Stay safe in your own beautiful “Kew” Garden. Safer and so enjoyable!
The pinks are so pretty!
Thank you Michelle, they really are.
Beautiful flowers, Ute, the Pink fairy in the middle is superb and the smell is real smelly huh…MOL😸Pawkisses for a Happy 4th of July🐾😽💞
Thanks Binky, it is amazing what nature does to get going! Colour/ smell … anything really what works.
So beautiful, Ute. Yes, you need to stay safe, after getting this far. Take no chances. 🤗
You are so right Sylvia, I do not want to take chances and rather stay safe and find beauty and positivity closer around me.
BEAUTY-full Memories!!
Thank you Sandy, definitely!
Ah, thank you for a beautiful walk through time, space, colours and odours, dear Ute!
I’m not quite ready, yet, to use public transportation, either. Especially not the train.
Much Love!
Thanks Steffi, yes we are careful and that is better at the moment! Keep safe!
Hello Ute.
Just a rainy morning here. Your beautiful photos cheered it up. Thank you.
Have a great day!
Thank you Matti, glad I can cheer the day up for you. Enjoy your day despite the rain. 🙂

Such gorgeous photos, Ute!
Thank you Kally. I do love my flowers. ♥
I can’t wait to go again, especially to see the outdoor gardens – I didn’t get to enjoy them at all after visiting in heavy rain in winter. And the lizards, of course – I can’t believe I missed that. Also, during my visit at Kew Gardens I had my very first scone in their cafe and it was delicious.
Oh yes, scones and tea, beautiful! Yes I like to go again soon too, probably in the August holidays I might try at a time when the train is empty. I’m so happy you discover so many lovely things in London and enjoy everything.
