Today is …. #39


….. a day to do your own Aromatherapy ….

Get yourself a Rosemary plant ( might be one in your garden).

Take a twig to work.

From time to time take in your hand,

close your eyes

and breathe the wonderful  scent in.

It feels good and helps the concentration too.

    • Thank you, yes sometimes a little replacement is good and it will be with you for many years again. A bit like a lavender plant, that lasts rather long and smells nice.

  1. Thank you for this idea Ute! I’ve only used rosemary for cooking. I absolutely LOVE pleasant scents! I keep a lavender bouquet beside my bed and have a lavender pillow spray and lavender sachets in my drawers.
