Trent’s Weekly Smile is back!
I am smiling about my progress in crocheting.
I love this cardigan I saw on Yochet’s blog.
After a couple of hurdles, as all is American….
translating it into English/German stitch names and converting the sizes I finally started.
I am smiling today that it is nicely growing.

Yes, worth the smile. In some ways I’m surprised that crocheting terms are so different. In other ways I’m not, since we seem to say everything a little different over here.

I’d love to see a photo of you wearing it when you’re done. My next post, I’m wearing a knitted top that looks like crochet which a friend of mine gave me. My mom was an avid crocheter and made many things including dresses and baby clothes for my babies. I used to crochet and made a few things, including a scarf and hat. ๐

Binky, I managed once to lie on the crocheted stuff, nice, but mum is very careful where she leaves it now… She really enjoys it. She crochets while I am on her lap. ๐
