Guest post: Cat in the Box

Standard

As my mum is out

I jumped on the computer

to show you my favourite places.

From the title you can see it is a box,

yes anything enclosed, I love

additional to my mum’s lap of course.

There are always new places appearing in my house,

boxes and others.

I utilise them all.

I promised my friend Binky to show my relaxing places.

So here we are:

the box on the sofa

the box on the floor

the tiny shoebox

the rocking chair

my mum’s computer desk,

I just swipe things of the desk and get comfortable.

the drawer in my mum’s son’s room

Yes I am allowed

Isn’t it just wonderful how many places I have to relax and snooze!

So now it’s your turn,

find a peaceful spot and have a snooze.

Wishing you all a very relaxing weekend!

  1. Oh, Thomas, those places are amazing! I especially like the place in the drawer. I have never tried that, but I’m sure it’s worth a try 😀 All your pictures are extremely cute too. Thanks for the shout out my furriend 🙂 Pawkisses for a Happy Caturday 🙂 ❤

  2. We love to see where you like to hang out Thomas. You do have a lot of places to go, don’t you ? Murli loves it on the washing machine unless it is on spin then she runs away. Samantha lays on the bed with her head pressed against a radiator and I love it in my soft tent. Love to you and mum. Sonic ❤

  3. So sweet! Cats and kids love boxes! I was just over visiting my grandchildren this afternoon and my granddaughter was in a big box, wish I had snapped a photo. 🙂

    • You are so right, they do, my children always did, and I always kept the boxes until they were ruined. They have so much imagination and it used to be a car, spaceship and so many other things.

      • The simple things in life and a little imagination goes a long way and you can land on the moon! In my granddaughter’s case, she built a house for her stuffies with a front door and skylight. 🙂

  4. Cats do love boxes don’t they. When we were packing to move to the lake Callie kept trying to take up residence in the open boxes. I think she wanted to make sure we didn’t forget her. Your kitty is so cute and such a good writer. 🙂

Love to hear from you......
