Live – Laugh – Love

Standard

Sure you heard

“Life is not a Dress rehearsal”

As a new year comes we examine the quality of our lives.

We are not always having an audience.

Does it matter…

Don’t save the pretty China for extra visitors.

Put the nice dress on,

make an extra effort to set the table,

take extra 5 minutes to fix the hair,

we are the leading role in our lives.

We are not expected to perform every minute of our lives but

it gives us the power, excitement and glory of Real Life.

Enjoy life!

  1. You are so right, Ute. I once read about a lady who had saved over the years a large box of beautiful candles. When she unpacked them to have a sort-out, they had all melted into a single waxy lump. It really made a big impression on me and I now try to use and enjoy everything in my life! 🙂

    • Exactly enjoy it right now while is is new and fresh. That is a good story. I am going to have a big clear out in my attic soon and hopefully don’t find a lump of wax….. I do know I find other stuff though , but we have a Jumble trail sale in April , so I can sort for this event.

  2. Good advice, Ute. Granny remembered that her Grandmother had a Sunday room too, where they only allowed to be in on special occasions, together with the China and the Sunday outfit…MOL 😀 Glad times have changed 😀 Pawkisses for a Joyful Week ahead 🙂 ❤

    • I agree, I had Sunday clothes and wasn’t allowed to fall in them. 🙂 I still made grass stains on the white tights and survived it…. 🙂 We were still allowed to be children.

Love to hear from you......
