Weekly Inspiration No 30 – Stillness

Standard

Slow down

find a moment of stillness.

Specially when you don’t have time for it,

sit down and be still.

Give yourself thinking time,

It gives you different perspectives,

it gives you peace and calmness,

it reduces the stress.

Focus on

Love, Joy and Peace

  1. So true Ute, take time to be still. When I’m in a hurry, I purposely slow down and take a deep breath, remembering the words of my mom, “Hurry never pays!”

  2. Great reminder, Ute. I’ve been crook through the last couple of weeks and have come to a stop. For me, this has meant having the faith and courage of handing the reins over to the rest of the family and stopping. That I stop pushing myself and be clear. I’ve had a few scary asthma attacks with this flu but as a mum, it’s hard to get that required time out. It’s a learning curve for me.

    • It is indeed, as you say as a mum , you always put yourself last. WE do learn and I am glad you can stop and let other capable hands help you. Wishing you better !

Love to hear from you......
