Thank you so much for giving me this award and I will add it to my list.

I would like to give the award to all the lovely people who are reading this.

Here are my 7 facts nobody knows about me… for both awards:

  1. I love bookshops and could stay there all day!
  2. I used to do lots of swimming competitions as a teenager. I never came first, but quite often second……  phew
  3. I did a Rock and Roll course when I was 17.
  4. I have met George Clooney ( in Madam Tussauds and in my dreams) 🙂
  5. When I was working in hotels I ordered once potatoes from a car tyre place… in error of course.
  6. I remember life without TV as a child. ( we got our first one when I was about 10, I think)
  7. I love meadows with wild flowers.

    • I agree,more nature, it makes you feel free, I find. Where I grew up there used to be loads of meadows and we used to do many walks there. Now it is full of houses.

      • I hear you, Ute! It feels very sad to find such old spaces of freedom clustered up with concrete.
        I was afraid that I would find a similar picture at my old stomping grounds when I went there again, after, like, 25 – 30 years. A few houses have been built, indeed, but it turns out that most of it has been made Landscape- and even Nature Conservation Areas! I wish, more places would do this.
