You might remember my post from September 2015
when the builders put the railing up
and left the windows open on a newly built building
around the corner from me.
Well after that – they took the railing off closed the windows
and put the railings back on.
Not really useful if you like to open the window – you can’t.
They have been thinking about it finally,
because yesterday…..look at that!
Yes, they modified the rail,
hurray, people buying the flats can open the window.
Finally someone thought more practical.
and it only took 7 months……

Ende gut, alles gut. Hätte man früher nachgedacht, dann hätte man viel Geld gespart.
Absolut, die Apartments sind recht teuer und der Parkplatz dazu kostet Tausende extra. Na ja, wenigstens koennen die Leute nun das Fenster oeffnen. Eigentlich haette das der Architekt merken muessen. 🙂

Wow! Such caring landlords. They make it warm and cozy for the people inside the flats in winter and allow for some fresh air just in time for the warmer part of the year. … 😉
