♥ Rhubarb Season ♥


I saw this dessert over at Sally’s Blog. I love Rhubarb and I tried it.

Rhubarb Butterscotch

It was delicious and I can only recommend it.

Here is the recipe, really easy to make too!

Off course I did some rhubarb Crumble too , that was too quick eaten before I could take a picture…..

  1. I am not crazy about this fruit, but the memories, oh they are sweeter than any ice-cream. My mom and Grandma would talk every Spring and watch the Rhubarb leaves grow. With their knives they would pick and freeze it. Pies and jams were made each year. For me, it was signs of new things, summer play time, going swimming and riding my bike. Loved those good old days.

  2. Rhubarb crumble is my favourite – such a great combination of textures and sweet and sour. There is rhubarb fool which is made with cream. I’m sure there must be some more virtuous ways of consuming rhubarb but I don’t know of any! TTS
