The ABC of Genuine Happiness
J – Jump through your comfort zone
Sometimes we have to do things we do not like,
outside our comfort zone,
still we need to face it,
we need to challenge it.
Dare to do new things,
be courageous,
be adventurous,
Life will be more fun,
and you keep moving and learning!
Make the magic happen,
be great,
be amazing!

Live begins at the end of your comfort zone!
Neale Donald Walsh
Dare to learn,
to be different,
to set you goals,
to move out of your comfort zone,
to be persistent.
When we become comfortable, do you know wht happens around us?
Absolutely nothing.
Each day becomes just like the one before.
We do what we have always done, therefore we get what we have always gotten.
Kip Davis
Amen to that Ute!!!

Lebe das Leben heute sonst ist es zu spät.Liebe Grüße und einen schönen Tag.Gislinde
Absolut… vielen Dank Gislinde!
One thing is for sure if you wait for something to plop in your lap you are waiting for a bus that will never come. You gotta make it happen and be stubborn about it.
So right, but sometimes we wait and wait. It is us who is in control of our lives, make it happen.! Enjoy your day and do somethng amazing!
Thank you for the useful reminders, Ute. May you continue to view life as a great adventure.

Ohhh some are easier than others….. wait and see…. 🙂
I just tried hot yoga for the first time. It was so far out of my comfort zone that it was downright punishing! But I’m going back for more . . . 🙂
Good for you… I tried once Yoga level 2, but I am going bakc to beginners as all of my body hurt too much, slowly does it…..I have never heard of Hot yoga, sounds exciting!

That is the spirit….. try and risk something!

Reblogged this on Well Worth Repeating and commented:
…7 Days in a week and Someday is not one of them.
Thanks very much for the reblog!
You are so inspiring my friend, I wish I had a big picture of “The ABC’s of Genuine Happiness” so I can frame it and hang it on my wall in my bedroom. Reading these are so internally helpful to enriching my heart and soul. Thank you, as always!!!
You know I want to print out some really great quotes and put them in a frame in my bedroom too. Just need to wait until my printer is working again….. it is great to open your eyes in the morning and read positive quotes , which make you already feel great for the day ahead! I think if we make the happiness bigger it gets a bit blurry. I shall try it for you! 🙂 Thanks always for your loving comments, you do touch my heart!
Great thoughts. What resonated with me was the one about, ” There are seven days in a week… and someday is not one of them.” To me this is the commonest ‘comfort zone’ justifications I see myself making.
But it is easier making declarations like this. What is the practice we need to follow to be able to jump out of our comfort zones whenever needed?
Shakti
We just need to go for it and not always wait for the right time, the right weather or any other excuses we come up with. I am doing this too.
Thank you for visiting and commenting Shakti!
If we don’t move out of comfort zone on our own, life often has away of giving us a great big push. 🙂
I can do that…YeeHaw..see me jumping 😉 Pawkiss 🙂
Of course you can, you are a clever cat! Well done! 🙂 Keep it up!
