We feel many emotions day in day out and sometimes we suppress them and sometimes we let go….

We learn how to cope with some like anger, heart ache, grief and sadness which are hardest. The happy emotions we do not have so many problems with.

Talking or crying are good outlets to release emotions and to understand them better.

You can do anything you put your heart, mind and soul into. Far more than you can imagine. Be fearless. Do it.
